Telephone Calls During Regular Office Hours

Our staff and doctors are available from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm to answer any questions or address any problems concerning your child's medical needs. Prior to your call, please be prepared to leave your name, child's name, DOB, and the reason for the call with a staff member, and a nurse or doctor will return your call by the end of the day or at the earliest possible time. Please limit your questions to pediatric cardiac problems and call your pediatrician with other general pediatric issues. If it is an emergency, please go to the ER or call 911, and then notify our office.

Telephone Calls Before or After Regular Office Hours

Our physicians are on call for your pediatric cardiology concerns by calling our office number (334) 612-2111. Please give the answering service your name and relation to the patient, the patient's name and DOB, the name of the cardiologist they see, and the current problem. Calls will be returned as soon as possible.

Emergencies

If an urgent problem arises with your child, call your primary care physician first, if possible, before leaving home. We can then coordinate your child's care more quickly and efficiently; if you have a life-threatening emergency, dial 911. The paramedics will respond and contact us as needed.
